For this reason, we are looking for an enthusiastic
Sales Team Leader (Inside Sales)
with native-level Spanish to join and lead our amazing Sales Team.
What you will do :
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Agents to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Monitor team performance through KPIs, ensuring high conversion rates and productivity
Support the team in converting leads into closed sales, stepping in on complex or high-value deals when needed
Oversee outbound sales activities (phone, email, WhatsApp) to ensure quality and effectiveness
Collaborate closely with Clinic Sales Representatives to maximize conversion and patient experience
Manage and optimize processes related to collections, recovery, and reactivation of dormant leads
Ensure strong coordination with financial institutions to offer patients the best payment solutions
Analyze sales data and pipeline performance to identify improvement areas and implement action plans
Train new hires and continuously upskill the team with best sales practices
Work closely with senior management to improve processes—we truly value your ideas!
What do you need to be successful in this position :
Native or bilingual level of Spanish
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Advanced level of English;
any additional languageis a plus
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
Analytical mindset with experience working with KPIs and performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good command of IT tools and cloud services (we use G Suite)
