It is a commercial partnership focused on identifying relevant hiring situations and facilitating qualified introductions to DeepTech Recruitment.In this context, a relevant introduction means more than identifying a company with open roles. It requires a direct connection with a decision-maker involved in hiring, and a prior interaction where the potential client has shown a clear interest in engaging with an external Talent Agency.In practice, this involves recognising companies facing growth, technical hiring challenges or team scaling needs, engaging with the appropriate stakeholder, and confirming alignment before making an introduction.
