We are currently seeking a **Zone Coordinator** with experience in managing Sales Promoters to train, develop, support, and motivate the team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed established goals.
- Support in interviews and recruitment processes.
- Plan, direct, and supervise the team’s daily activities.
- Analyze results, identify improvement opportunities, and implement optimization strategies.
- Maintain close relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare reports.
- Train and develop the team in sales techniques and product knowledge.

- Experience managing teams, preferably in the Sales Promoters sector.
- Weekend availability.
- High proficiency in English.

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.
