🚀 The Role – Why this position exists
As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in building our commercial presence in the Spanish market. Your mission is to identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities, working closely with senior sales leaders to feed a strong pipeline of qualified leads and contribute to revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:

To build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects in Spain and contribute to monthly and quarterly sales targets, you will:
* Proactively identify and engage potential customers via outbound prospecting
* Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and pain pointsPresent our solutions clearly and convincingly
* Maintain accurate sales data to support forecasting and follow‑up
* Collaborate with senior sales and cross‑functional teams to convert opportunities
Key Responsibilities
* Identify new prospects through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn and other channels
* Research target accounts and decision‑makers within the Spanish market
* Qualify inbound leads and assess sales potential
Outreach & Discovery (≈25%)
* Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer challenges and objectives
* Clearly articulate our value proposition and assess solution fit
* Build trusted relationships with prospects at an early stage
Product Demos & Presentations (≈15%)
* Deliver introductory product demonstrations and presentations
* Tailor messaging to different customer profiles and industries
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM
* Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions
* Support forecasting and reporting activities
* Continuously build product, market, and sales knowledge
* Participate in internal sales trainings and coaching sessions
* Apply feedback to improve sales effectiveness
* Work closely with marketing, product and operations teams
* Share market insights and customer feedback
* Attend industry events and conferences when relevant
* Represent the company professionally and support lead‑generation efforts

Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development or commercial role
* Experience in a technology or B2B environment is a strong plus
Languages
* Spanish: fluent or native
* Italian: a plus, not mandatory
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable with outbound sales and proactive prospecting
* Structured, organised, and disciplined in follow‑up
* Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
* Able to work independently while collaborating with senior stakeholders
