We are seeking a Website Developer to join our team. As a Website Developer, you will craft engaging and user‐friendly digital experiences that captivate audiences and drive business growth. Your expertise in web development technologies, coding languages, and design principles will empower you to create dynamic websites and web applications that meet client requirements and exceed user expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Implement designs for new websites as well as updating and maintaining existing sites
Update content on our website monthly, including speaker bios, messaging, videos, and images
Understand SEO and use Google keywords to write meta descriptions. Maximize quality of page content, display, links, and metatags
High‐level understanding of Google analytics and tagging to convey how content is performing, and to optimize the websites
Problem‐solving skills when bugs or website glitches happen
Contribute to product launch project management by communicating with our team regarding how to incorporate new online courses and products on our website
Manage and maintain email marketing
Assist and maintain website hosting with site provider, working through support issues as needed
Ensure content is consistent regarding style, quality and tone of voice and optimized

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience
2 Years previous experience as a Website Developer
Copywriting skills
Planning, budgeting, and reporting experience
Content Creation
Superior research and analytical skills
SEO Strategy
Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills
Digital Marketing
Proven ability to successfully execute marketing programs such as targeted direct mail and email, field events, and social media

Physical RequirementsThis job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
