Job Description The Talent Recruiter – International delivers end‐to‐end recruitment across multiple European countries. The role balances speed, quality, and inclusivity while ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience, managing multiple stakeholders and requisitions, and adapting recruitment practices to local regulations while remaining aligned with regional and global standards.
Key Areas of Responsibility Recruitment Strategy & Business Partnership (Europe) Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across Europe to understand role requirements, skills, and workforce needs. Conduct intake meetings to define selection criteria and develop effective hiring plans aligned with regional priorities. Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, market insights, and talent availability across European labor markets. Support short‐ and mid‐term workforce planning for the European organization.
Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pipelines Proactively source candidates through targeted outreach, professional networks, job boards, and direct sourcing activities. Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines for current and future European hiring needs. Identify and engage passive candidates for critical and hard‐to‐fill roles, adapting sourcing strategies to local market conditions while maintaining consistency across the region.
Screening, Selection & Interview Management Review and screen applications to assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, values, and potential. Conduct initial interviews to pre‐qualify candidates and ensure alignment with role requirements. Coordinate interview processes and support hiring managers with structured, fair, and effective interview practices. Contribute to objective and inclusive selection decisions.
Job Posting & Recruitment Marketing Prepare and publish job vacancies on internal and external recruitment portals across Europe. Ensure job postings are clear, accurate, and inclusive, reflecting employer branding standards. Support recruitment campaigns to increase visibility and reach in targeted European markets. Monitor sourcing effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
Candidate Experience & Inclusive Hiring Manage the candidate experience from first contact through offer stage, ensuring professionalism, transparency, and timely communication. Promote inclusive and unbiased recruitment practices aligned with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles. Ensure a consistent candidate experience across countries, while respecting local requirements. Collect feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Partnerships with Educational Institutions Develop and maintain relationships with universities, vocational schools, and training institutions across Europe. Establish collaborative initiatives such as internships, graduate programs, and early‐career talent pipelines. Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding activities. Support long‐term talent development and early talent attraction strategies.
Contribution to Global Talent Acquisition Projects Participate in global recruitment initiatives, projects, and working groups as required. Contribute European market insights to the development of global recruitment strategies and standards. Support the implementation of global tools, processes, and best practices at the regional level. Share learnings and best practices from Europe to strengthen global talent acquisition capabilities.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven 5+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with European or international scope.
Strong experience in proactive sourcing and candidate screening.
Experience managing multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast‐paced environment.
Language fluency in English, Spanish, and French; additional languages are valuable.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build effective relationships across cultures and geographies.
Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency.
