Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It...

As Sous Chef at The Social Hub, you will be the right hand to the Head Chef, leading the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food experiences every day. You’ll play a key role in managing kitchen operations, from maintaining quality and hygiene to mentoring junior chefs and ensuring smooth prep and service. This role exists to bring creativity, operational excellence, and a passion for hospitality together, making sure every dish reflects our lifestyle-driven concept. What You’ll Do


* Support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, portion control, and presentation are top-notch.
* Mentor and supervise junior kitchen staff, helping onboard and train Commis Chefs and Stewards.
* Execute menu items accurately and contribute ideas for creative specials aligned with our seasonal and sustainable philosophy.
* Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste to control kitchen costs.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene across all kitchen areas.
* Collaborate closely with the F&B service team and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
* Support special events and promotions with precise preparation and high-quality food delivery.

What You’ll Have

* Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen
* Strong skills in modern, seasonal cooking using fresh, quality ingredients
* Proven leadership abilities and experience managing kitchen teams
* Digital literacy with tools that help streamline kitchen operations
* Passion for creativity, sustainability, and reducing food waste
* Fluency in Spanish and intermediate level of English preferred.
