This role plays a key part in HR cross-functional activity, ensuring standardization, efficiency, optimisation and proper documentation across all HR practices. The ideal candidate will leverage data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making and will manage cross-functional projects using agile methodologies, fostering collaboration with global stakeholders. /ppJob Responsibilities /pulliDesign, implement, and continuously improve global HR policies and processes, ensuring they are properly documented and effectively communicated. /liliEstablish and maintain governance frameworks for HR processes and procedures to promote global standardization and operational efficiency. /liliEnsure the completion of key HR transformation and cross-functional projects, aligned with the global HR strategy, by coordinating the execution and implementation. /liliConduct data analysis to generate strategic insights and drive optimization in HR processes, translating data into actionable recommendations. /liliProvide consultative support to HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance ways of working and project execution. /liliApply agile methodologies in project delivery and promote collaborative working practices. /liliManage the HR knowledge base strategy, ensuring all master documents and materials are regularly updated and accessible. /li /ulpRequired Skills: /pulliProcesses Design Governance /li /ulpKnowledge in designing, implementing, and governing HR processes and policies. /ppAbility to drive standardization and efficiency across diverse geographies while ensuring proper documentation, communication and embedding. /pulliProject Management – Execution excellence /li /ulpProven ability to manage cross-functional projects, including planning, coordination and execution, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with organizational goals. /pulliData-Driven Decision Making /li /ulpAnalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions. /pulliStakeholder Engagement Relationship Influence /li /ulpExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence across global stakeholders. /pulliContinuous Improvement – Agile Mindset /li /ulpComfortable driving change and adopting new tools, processes, and technologies. /ppProactive and adaptable, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement in ways of working. /pulliKnowledge Management – Content Strategy /li /ulpCapabilities in managing HR knowledge bases and documentation methodologies. /ppRequired Tech Skills: /pulliData management, analysis metrics monitoring /li /ulpMicrosoft Excel and data tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar) highly valued /pulliPresentations design /li /ulpMicrosoft Power Point /ppRequired Qualifications and Experience /pulliProven experience in processes design, optimisation and documentation, ensuring embedding and communication across the teams. /liliDemonstrated ability to drive data-informed decision-making, foster cross-functional collaboration, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. /liliExperience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential. /liliFluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. /li /ulpAt HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
