PROPÓSITO Y IMPACTO EN EL TRABAJO
We are seeking a Senior Technical Specialist, Swine for the Northeast of Spain and Portugal who will evaluate the needs and actively provide technical solutions and support to customers with significant business impact. In this function, you will develop specialized business by offering innovative technology, recommendation and products to a high-category organization. You will coordinate with the business teams, sales/commercial teams to identify and acquire new business with potential customers. Our team will manage a wide portfolio of projects that require advanced technical knowledge.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPAL
- Support the commercial team in the implementation of nutritional solutions.
- Coordinate with the commercial management to develop new market opportunities in the designated territory or market.
- Seek solutions to problems using in-depth knowledge in one or more fields and broad knowledge in multiple specialties.
- Identify and provide technical support to strategic customers with priority in the countries or regions.
- Independently manage complex problems with minimal supervision, while only scaling the most complex problems to the appropriate personnel.
- Other duties as assigned
CALIFICACIONES
CALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS
- Graduated veterinarian or equivalent experience
- Available to travel in the designated area 40% to 50%
- Able to work in a multicultural environment
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Reside and have related experience in the assigned area.
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
CALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- English language proficiency; oral and written
- Proven success in project and product management
- Customer service experience
- Experience in developing nutritional concepts
