What your responsibilities will be
Lead the technical team and be responsible for their training.
Lead or perform analytical protocols, projects, and validations, defining the scope, procedure to be followed, and evaluation criteria.
Propose and advise on the necessary means to carry out studies within the planned timeframe.
Collaborate with other organizational units on proposing changes, improvements, or new procedures.
Propose and participate in the execution and evaluation of technical studies related to Quality Control activities. To lead, review, or write the technical reports derived from the studies performed.
Propose, advise on, and execute continuous improvement actions for the unit's activities.
Evaluate the unit's needs concerning equipment or analysis systems proposed by suppliers.
Design user requirements to evaluate the suitability of equipment and systems.
Lead and participate in the qualification, validation, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment or computerized systems.
Provide technical support to the unit in troubleshooting problems related to the use of laboratory equipment or computerized systems.

Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or a related field
3-5 years of experience managing process validation, quality control, qualifications.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Develops collaborative working relationships
Good understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to Biological products
International experience preferred
