As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Representative to join our team.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, preparing accurate quotations, and supporting the successful handover of projects to operations.
About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for generating and managing sales opportunities, preparing accurate and competitive quotations, and ensuring smooth project handover for delivery. This role is integral to maintaining robust client relationships, supporting profitable outcomes, and aligning all sales activity with business processes and operational capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and scope of works
- Promote Karlka Fencewright products and services
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements
- Determine scope of works, materials, pricing and costing requirements
- Review and resolve discrepancies between quotes, purchase orders and contracts
- Maintain costing spreadsheets and supporting sales documentation
- Provide professional advice on suitable products and project solutions
- Manage client expectations around pricing, delivery and timelines
- Prepare detailed sales and quotation folders for project handover
- Coordinate handover meetings and ensure Project Managers are fully briefed
- Work closely with Operations and Project Teams to support smooth project delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in line with company systems
- Comply with company QHSE policies, procedures and tendering requirements
