Were hiring for our first GTM position at Late.
A bit of context:
Were a bootstrapped SaaS company that builds Social Media API integrations for developers. We hit €60k MRR in 8 months. Were profitable, growing fast, and having so much fun building this.
But heres the thing: weve found channels that work, but were not maximizing them. SEO is working. Paid ads are working. Our landing pages convert. But were doing the bare minimum on all of them because we simply dont have the time.
We need to go way harder on organic content. YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter. These are massive opportunities for us, but were barely scratching the surface.
Thats where you come in.
What youd be doing:
→ Creating organic content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and many other channels. This is huge for us. Scripts, thumbnails, posts, video ideas. The whole thing.
→ Running coordinated feature launches. Every major release ships across blog, email, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Dev.to, YouTube, HN, and Product Hunt.
→ Running and optimizing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn). Not just launching stuff, but actually improving ROI month over month.
→ Writing. A lot. Landing pages, email sequences, blog posts, ads, posts. You need to write well.
→ Working directly with the team. No layers. No BS.
What were looking for:
→ Someone who can actually write. This is non-negotiable. If you cant write clear, compelling copy, this wont work.
→ You understand organic content. Ideally youve built a YouTube channel or grown a social presence before.
→ Youre comfortable working with little guidance. In fact, you prefer it.
→ Experience working in SaaS. Bonus if youve worked with developer tools before.
→ Based in Spain. We work remote but being close matters.
