Publisher Sales Manager
to expand our global publisher network.
In this role, you'll identify and onboard new publisher partners, build long-term relationships, negotiate mutually beneficial deals, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and strong ongoing performance. Your goal: help publishers maximize their revenue while strengthening Adcash's global supply.
What you will do...
* Proactively identify, qualify, and onboard new publisher partners to expand Adcash's global network.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects, lead negotiations, and close long-term supply deals.
* Develop and maintain trusted relationships with existing publishers, acting as their go-to partner for growth.
* Review performance regularly, share insights, and implement optimization strategies to boost eCPM, fill rates, and overall revenue.
* Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell additional ad formats (Display, Pop-under, Interstitial, Video, In-Page Push) to maximize publisher monetization.
* Anticipate publisher needs and ensure high satisfaction to drive retention and long-term partnerships.
* Work closely with
