Lead Prospector with Arabic (Middle-East) - Google Ads Products
Responsibilities
* Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for the internal New Business Sales teams
* Company evaluation: assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools
* Company qualification: conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition
* Be on the lookout for industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting
* Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to the sales team's needs
* Responsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target
* Provide weekly reporting / analysis of work in a presentable format
Qualifications
* Language Skills: C2 level of Arabic and C1 level of English
* 16 months of experience in digital advertising or market research, specifically within the UK market
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Comfortable using spreadsheets for organizing data and creating simple reports
* Experience identifying market patterns and understanding small business dynamics
* Attentive to detail and strives for accuracy in tasks
* Has used CRM systems and understands their basic functions
* Maintains organization in fast-paced environments with occasional support
* Capable of managing multiple tasks with moderate supervision
* Works independently on routine tasks and seeks guidance when needed
* Has worked with CRM tools to track customer interactions and update records
* Familiar with AI tools and open to using them to enhance productivity
* Motivated by team goals and contributes actively to shared objectives
* Takes initiative and maintains a positive, can-do attitude
* Works well independently while maintaining strong communication with the team
* Understands business goals and supports decision-making with basic insights
* Can identify potential leads using predefined criteria and available data
* Applies logical thinking and judgment to prioritize contacts and support sales efforts
