Your roleAs Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening relationships with OEMs and distribution partners in Spain and Portugal. You will play a key role in shaping regional strategy and executing plans to achieve ambitious business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic and growing organisation.You willDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed growth targets across the Spain / Portugal territoryBuild strong, long-term relationships with key OEMs, distributors, and strategic partnersIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through regular engagement with current and prospective customersLeverage our extensive product portfolio—including ultra high purity air / gas dryers, nitrogen generators, and gas filtration systems—to serve industries such as pharmaceuticals, automotive, electronics, food & beverage, and laboratories across the region.Prepare and deliver proposals in collaboration with the European Sales Manager, including pricing strategies to maximise profitabilityRepresent Nano at trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrationsMaintain consistent communication and support with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionEnsure timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, customer visits, market feedback, and competitor activityUtilise the CRM system to manage leads, track activity, and update customer informationCollaborate with cross-functional teams and global colleagues to coordinate initiatives and ensure a unified approach to customer engagementCommit to continuous learning and development through training and upskillingAdhere to company health and safety policies and maintain proper care of company property.To succeed, you will needWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
