Job Purpose

We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist with a background in Food Technology and experience in industrial processes and machinery, preferably in the ready meals sector. The main mission will be to acquire and develop new industrial clients at a national level, expanding the company’s portfolio with a strong technical-sales focus. This role reports directly to the Line Manager for the industrial channel.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be


* Identify, contact, and build commercial relationships with new industrial clients across Spain.
* Provide technical advice to clients, offering solutions tailored to their production processes.
* Prepare and analyze product costings (BOMs) to assess technical and economic feasibility.
* Lead both commercial and technical projects, coordinating with internal departments.
* Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, technical presentations, negotiation, and closing.
* Handle client needs, ensuring effective resolution of service or invoicing issues.
* Manage administrative aspects: pricing, billing issues, and service incidents.
* Collaborate with commercial, finance, and marketing departments to ensure a comprehensive value proposition.
* Attend trade shows, events, and client technical visits.
* Report progress and results to the Line Manager.

What You Need To Succeed

Experiences & Qualifications

* Degree in Food Technology, Agro-Food Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in industrial food environments, ideally in ready meals.
* Knowledge of industrial processes and machinery.
* Experience with costing and product breakdowns (BOMs).
* Strong sales drive, business development mindset, and goal orientation.
* Proficient in English (minimum B2-C1).
* Willingness to travel nationally.
