Valeo is offering an internship within the HR Project Area, supporting various HR activities and contributing to the operational success of HR performance on-site. Responsibilities include: - Collaborating on HR projects to ensure harmonization and standardization with global process owners. - Supporting the HR team in providing high-quality end-user HR services through multiple channels. - Assisting in implementing and improving HR processes for efficiency across the network. - Identifying dependencies with other transformation projects. - Considering and implementing digitalization processes. **Requirements:** - Enrolled in or holding a Computer Engineering Degree or Master’s (Spanish public university graduates or students). - Proficiency in Google Drive and programming skills. - Passionate about HR topics. - Result-oriented with a team-focused attitude in an international environment. - Professionalism and transparency. - Good command of English (minimum B2-C1) and Spanish.
