Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Freelance In-Person Event Host in Madrid, Spain to join our Events team on a contract basis. The Event Host will facilitate interactive social impact experiences for our corporate partner during in-person events. This role is ideal for someone with stage experience who is comfortable in front of a crowd and eager to contribute skills to positively impact local communities worldwide. The right candidate will be based in Madrid, Spain, possess corporate event experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to thrive in a start-up tech environment.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Host fun, engaging, team-building social impact activities and events supporting great causes.
* Welcome, engage, and inspire participants while supporting nonprofits in facilitating in-person events.
Qualifications:
* Fluent in English
* Based in Madrid, Spain
* Availability to work on a per-event contract basis
* Comfortable interacting with groups and individuals, keeping events flowing and participants engaged
* Energetic, charismatic, and fun personality
* Background in acting, comedy, improv, or similar fields that require audience engagement is a bonus but not required
* Experience in group facilitation and managing group dynamics
* High energy with a positive attitude
* Quick thinker capable of problem-solving during events
* Enjoys public speaking and is comfortable with it
* Excellent customer service and presentation skills
What we offer:
This is an on-location, in-person, per-event contract role in Madrid, Spain. This opportunity is only available to candidates already based in Madrid, with no relocation packages offered at this time.
