We’re hiring a Creative Manager in Spain (Part-Time / Retainer)
At Music Concierge, we design the soundtracks that shape guest experiences for some of the world’s most iconic hospitality brands - Belmond, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Pullman Hotels, and more.
We’re a global music curation agency with offices in the UK, Shanghai, Bangkok and Dubai, and a team of 60 specialists working with luxury hospitality clients in over 60 countries. Now we’re looking for a musically credible, Spanish-speaking Creative Manager to represent us in Spain.
What’s the role?
* Be our in-country representative - the local face of Music Concierge for Spanish clients.
* Join client meetings (remote or in person) alongside our European Sales Manager.
* Shape the creative direction of music for high-profile hospitality properties, sometimes hands-on via our CMS, sometimes in collaboration with our global team.
* Provide cultural insight and a trusted local point of contact for ongoing relationships.
* Opportunity to grow into more creative work, and potentially help build a small Spanish team as the business expands.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has strong music credentials - curation, DJing, music supervision, or similar.
* Speaks Spanish and English fluently.
* Knows the Spanish hospitality scene and what makes guests feel special.
* Brings confidence, credibility, and ideally some industry contacts.
