The Opportunity
As a part of Integral Product Group Distribution & Traction Transformers team, you will be responsible for business analysis for core digitalization projects including Digital TrafoSignature, ECS, IBA and Matterport within 25 factories
in the portfolio scope. You will contribute cross-functionally by collaborating with IT function and business domains,
as well as being responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the GPG DT Power BI reports to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
How You'll Make An Impact
- Ensure adherence to data governance standards and maintain comprehensive documentation for all reports and processes within GPG DT Operations Digital area. Collect and design business requirements into required documentation format and templates.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, tools, and methodologies for greater efficiency and scalability. Implement best practices and leverage emerging technologies to improve data analytics capabilities.
- Provide training and guidance to business teams on the analytics reports, core digital tools, TrafoSignature tool.
- Collaborate with global teams, HUBs, and factories to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions. Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Lead functional and business analysis for core projects: Digital TrafoSignature, ECS, IBA, Matterport from business perspective. Perform user acceptance tests and validation together with key-users and IT.
- Provide digital updates on GPG DT website content with the usage of CMS.
Your background
- Degree in Engineering, Data Science, IT or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end data analytics, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX functions, Power Query, and report scheduling.
- Good knowledge of data modeling, visualization, and integration from multiple sources (e.g., SAP, SQL, Azure, Power Automate).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global technical teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of functional and business analysis.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a global team environment.
