The role will focus on ensuring efficient supply chain operations, stock management, planning, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including European counterparts. /ppbr/ppThis position is ideal for a proactive professional with solid supply chain experience who enjoys working in an industrial and international environment. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliManage and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and cost efficiency. /liliMonitor and follow up on bpayment terms and days payable outstanding (DPO) /b in coordination with Finance and suppliers. /liliMaintain regular contact with bdepots /bto ensure proper supply, compliance, and stock accuracy. /liliPlan and coordinate bsupply and replenishment activities /b according to production and demand requirements. /liliSupport bprocurement activities /b, including occasional direct purchasing, in close collaboration with the Purchasing team. /liliEnsure accurate supply chain data, reporting, and KPIs. /liliDiary contact with our Logistic Operator in order to arrange the deliveries to our depots or distributors. /liliCollaborate with European stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and continuity of supply. /liliClose contact with sales forces in order to have a accurate forecast and identify deviations what can affect to regular replenishment. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain processes. /lilibLead and supervise one direct report /b, organizing daily activities, providing guidance, and ensuring task execution within supply chain operations. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in bEngineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field /b. /liliAround b4 years of experience /b in supply chain, logistics, planning, or similar roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. /liliProven experience in binventory management, planning, and supplier coordination /b. /lilibFluent Spanish /b(mandatory). /lilibFluent English /b (mandatory), with the ability to communicate effectively in an international and European context. /liliStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and planning capabilities. /liliProactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset. /liliInitial experience in bpeople coordination or supervision /b will be highly valued. /liliStrong skill in MS Office, mainly in Excel. /liliAbility to work on-site in bGerena (Sevilla) /b. /li /ul
