What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Quality Assurance Engineer with at least 2 years of working experience to join our dynamic team and play a key role within Agile teams, leading transformation and BAU (Business As Usual) activities within the Cloud Contact Centre Technology area.
Location:Full remote Only in Spain
Language: English & Spanish are a must.
Main Job Requirements
* QA functions within technology teams, focused on compliance with established quality standards and industry benchmarks to ensure an exceptional user experience.
* Working with QA management systems and tools.
* Participation in the use of QA management systems and tools.
* Working in Agile teams alongside developers, engineers, and technical leaders.
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of Contact Centres, IVRs, telephony, and agent desktop solutions.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with an innovative mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work schedule
Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
