Teleperformance Spain is looking for a group of highly-skilled professionals to join our exciting project in Barcelona.
**What is the role?**As an Inside Sales Representative for Teleperformance, you will consult with small-to-medium sized businesses in the French market that are not currently advertising with Google Products. Your goal is to manage a full sales cycle and achieve your closed deals targets, by closely cooperating with your customers.
You will speak with decision makers via phone & video conference to gain an understanding of their business needs. Using this information, you will then design media plans and (work together with the account management department to launch your media plan) for your client using Google’s advertising solutions, including Search, Display & YouTube ads, thereby helping your client achieve their business goals.
You will be provided with intensive sales and product training, as well as mentorship and coaching from management & senior reps. Successful sales reps will also have opportunities for career progression, as this is a rapidly growing and evolving project.

**Requirements**:
- University degree (in lieu of degree, 2+ years of sales experience)
- Prior sales experience with a proven track record, ideally in an outbound cold calling environment
- Desire to work on a competitive, target-driven new business sales team.
- Highly disciplined, with excellent time management & organizational skills.
- Strong written and oral business communication skills.
- Native French speaker with strong oral and written English.
**Preferred requirements**
- Passion for Google Ad products (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) and/or digital marketing
- Experience of managing sales pipeline through CRM
**Benefits**:
- Full-time position, from Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week.
- Salary: 24.000€ gross/year + up to 5.000€ gross/year in bonus. Automatic salary increase to €25,000 + €7,000 upon passing probation period and ability to reach €27,000 + €8,000 within the first year, moreover, you can earn up to 250% of your bonus every quarter.
- This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
