Responsibilities
Promote and develop Energy Efficiency projects within the organization
Carry out technical lubrication studies and audits
Provide field service on equipment in industrial companies
Support field tests and generate technical documentation
Perform services on large drives, including inspection, commissioning, cleaning, and repair support
Audit and clean chains and lubrication systems
Implement best practices, including labelling, lubrication warehouse organization, and TPM standardisation
Provide technical training to customers
Qualifications
Higher degree in Industrial Mechatronics or equivalent
Advanced level of Spanish & English
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Accustomed to working towards objectives
Customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
Experience using CRM systems
Experience in an industrial environment (maintenance, assembly, technical support, production, or similar)
Experience using thermographic equipment, vibration analysis, data loggers, etc.
Experience in the cement sector is an advantage
Knowledge of TPM is an advantage
Willingness to travel within the country
