In this role you will lead the BTL strategy for the Sell in Channel, collaborating across functions to align execution with brand strategy. You will anchor decisions in shopper insights to deliver flawless path-to-purchase execution and drive ROI on A&P; investments. You’ll act as the Customer Marketing lead for priority brands, balancing BTL and ATL choices with brand and shopper objectives. You will contribute to the IAP cycle and work with sales to plan for top customers, shaping demand and performance.

• Implement the BTL strategy for the Sell in Channel and coordinate cross-functional execution
• Place shopper/guest at the center of decisions using insights and tools for flawless path-to-purchase execution
• Drive consistency in BTL with 70% of execution from Channel Marketing toolkits from F26
• Identify gaps and adapt toolkits while staying aligned to brand and shopper strategy
• Lead customer marketing for priority brands with external focus and influence BTL/ATL selections
• Contribute to the IAP cycle bringing shopper, customer, and brand perspectives to BTL discussions
• Maximise ROI from A&P; by setting objectives and evaluating investments, including GTN spend
• Manage A&P; budgets, including phasing and invoice/PO processes
• Collaborate with the sales team to define plans for Top Customers
