Descripción del puesto Buscamos un CRM & Inbound Marketing Specialist para liderar la implementación y gestión del ecosistema de captación, conversión y fidelización de clientes. Gestionarás la plataforma CRM, diseñarás customer journeys, automatizarás workflows de marketing y optimizarás la estrategia de inbound marketing, asegurando una experiencia consistente en todo el funnel. Responsabilidades principales Gestión y optimización de CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot u otras. Automatización de marketing y workflows complejos. Diseño de customer journeys y nurturing multi-canal. Segmentación avanzada y personalización a escala. Medición, análisis y reporting: dashboards, ROI y KPIs. Estrategias de retención y fidelización de clientes. Requisitos Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en CRM y marketing automation. Dominio de Salesforce, HubSpot o Microsoft Dynamics. Experiencia en lead nurturing, inbound marketing y conversión. Capacidad analítica y mentalidad data-driven. Inglés profesional (B2 o superior). Valorable Certificaciones HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud o Pardot. Experiencia en construcción de CRM desde cero. Conocimientos de SQL y growth marketing B2B. Experiencia en SaaS o sector tecnológico. Qué ofrecemos Contrato indefinido y modalidad de trabajo híbrida.
