This role is responsible for analyzing cross-channel campaign performance, uncovering actionable insights, and developing targeted optimization strategies to enhance brand impact and marketing ROI. /ppThe adecuado candidate has strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling recommendations for stakeholders. /ppKey Responsibilities /pp1. Campaign Performance Analytics /pulliAnalyze campaign performance across email, web, paid media, social, and other digital channels using analytics platforms and reporting tools. /liliIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform campaign optimization. /liliDevelop both standardized and ad-hoc reports for marketing and brand teams. /li /ulp2. Insight Generation Optimization /pulliTransform raw data into structured insights with clear business implications. /liliRecommend optimization strategies (e.g., audience segmentation, frequency adjustments, subject line improvements, channel mix optimization). /liliConduct root-cause analysis for underperforming campaigns and suggest corrective actions. /li /ulp3. Brand-Level Strategic Recommendations /pulliDeliver regular brand-level insights based on cross-channel performance. /liliAssess channel effectiveness and recommend actions to improve engagement and conversions. /liliCollaborate with campaign managers, channel specialists, and brand teams to drive data-informed decisions. /li /ulp4. Reporting, Dashboards Data Visualization /pulliBuild and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms. /liliEnsure reporting frameworks provide clear visibility into KPIs, benchmarks, and campaign performance trends. /liliMaintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports. /li /ulp5. Collaboration Stakeholder Management /pulliPartner with cross-functional teams to align on KPIs, reporting requirements, and insights. /liliPresent findings and recommendations in a clear and business-friendly manner. /liliManage timelines and expectations for both recurring and ad-hoc analytics requests. /li /ulpRequired Skills Experience (7–12 Years) /ppTechnical Analytical Skills /pulli7–12 years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign analytics, or related data-driven roles. /liliProficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. /liliStrong understanding of digital marketing analytics (email, web, paid media, social). /liliExperience with marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, HubSpot, Google Analytics). /liliAbility to derive insights from large datasets and present them in clear, actionable formats. /liliExperience in healthcare, pharma, or other regulated industries is a plus. /li /ulpPreferred Skills /pulliStrong communication and storytelling abilities. /liliAbility to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders. /liliHigh attention to detail and accuracy. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /liliProactive problem-solving mindset. /li /ulpEducational Qualifications /pulliBachelor’s degree in a relevant field. /liliCertifications in data analytics or marketing analytics are a plus. /li /ul
