This person will be responsible for assessing the condition and validity of returned parts, ensuring that they meet the criteria set by the company and manufacturers. In addition, he/she must have the ability to work in the workshop when required, especially in tasks related to air conditioning and engine cooling systems. /ppbr/ppbr/ppWhat are you going to do in this position? /ppbr/ppCheck and validate returned parts from a technical point of view. /ppPerform basic diagnostics in the workshop to verify the condition of returned parts. /ppSupport in the mechanical workshop in technical tasks, especially related to air conditioning systems. /ppCoordinate with the warehouse and workshop team for the correct management of returns. /ppDocument and report technical incidents related to returns. /ppCollaborate with the sales team to resolve discrepancies or customer complaints. /ppKeep returns records updated in the management system. /ppbr/ppbr/ppWhat will you contribute with your knowledge? /ppbr/ppPrevious experience in mechanical workshop or solid knowledge of vehicle mechanics. /ppSpecific knowledge of automotive air conditioning systems. /ppAbility to work in the workshop when required. /ppKnowledge of the automotive spare parts sector, especially aftermarket. /ppUpper-intermediate level of English (ability to read technical documentation and communicate with international suppliers). /ppTechnical analysis and problem solving skills. /ppProactive, organised person with attention to detail. /ppPrevious experience in returns management or technical customer service is an advantage. /ppbr/ppbr/ppAbout the team /ppAs a member of the technical team, you will play a vital role in our local team.
