Role Overview:

As an Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor for businesses beginning their journey with Google Ads. From setting up accounts to activating campaigns and implementing early optimizations, you will guide clients throughout the onboarding process—helping them build a solid framework for sustainable growth and long-term success.


Key Responsibilities:

* Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup and activation process
* Strategic Consulting: Assess clients’ business objectives and recommend customized advertising strategies aligned with their goals
* Campaign Implementation: Create, launch, and optimize performance-focused PPC campaigns following industry best practices
* Client Engagement: Communicate with advertisers through calls, virtual meetings, and email to support campaign performance and provide guidance
* Growth Opportunities: Identify upselling and scaling opportunities by introducing advanced solutions and strategic enhancements
* Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, recognize trends, and refine strategies to improve campaign results
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality onboarding experience
* Market Insights: Stay informed about Google Ads updates, new features, and evolving digital marketing trends to offer expert recommendations


Requirements:

* Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1 level)
* Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
* Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
* Industry Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising
