- *The Role**
\nAs a Product Manager on the HP.com Digital Direct Experience team, you’ll lead initiatives that improve the customer journey across our global eCommerce platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to define and deliver high-impact solutions that drive measurable outcomes.\n
- *What You’ll Do**
- Define and evolve product strategies that improve customer experience and business performance across HP.com.
- Translate customer insights, data, and business goals into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, delivery, and iteration using Agile methodologies.
- Partner with UX, engineering, analytics, and business teams to design and launch intuitive, performant, and accessible digital experiences.
- Own and optimize key performance metrics such as conversion rate, engagement, bounce rate, and revenue impact.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging technologies to inform product direction.
- *What We’re Looking For**
- 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in eCommerce, digital platforms, or consumer-facing web experiences.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset; comfortable with experimentation and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to align diverse teams around a shared vision.
- Curiosity and critical thinking; you ask “why” before jumping to “how.”
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing product backlogs.
- *Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with platforms like Adobe Commerce, HCL Websphere, or headless CMS architectures.
- Experience with personalization, localization, or accessibility in digital products.
- Background in UX research, digital design, or web development.
- Exposure to tools like Fullstory, Adobe Analytics, Dynamic Yield, or UserTesting.
