What you’ll do:
- Partnership ownership: manage relationships with right holders, key sellers, and distribution platforms;
handle contracting, terms, pricing, renewals, and compliance.
- Supply activation & optimization: coordinate API integrations with direct sellers;
ensure availability,map accuracy, and pricing quality.
- On-sale readiness: partner with Product/Marketing/Content to prep key launches and campaigns.
- Ops & fulfillment design: define operational and fulfillment flows with Customer Experience (CX) for new providers (platforms and sellers).
- Market intelligence: track secondary ticketing dynamics (pricing, fees, risk, competitive moves) and identify gaps/opportunities.
- Performance reporting: monitor supplier KPIs and margin, propose actions.
What you bring:
- Degree in Business, Operations, or similar.
- Preferred: experience in ticketing/secondary ticketing and a solid grasp of its dynamics.
- 4–6+ years in partner/supply/BD or operations roles with contract ownership.
- Comfort working with API-driven integrations alongside tech teams.
- Strong analytics, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Full fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Advanced Excel/Sheets;
Notion, Slack,Metabase, and ChatGPT.
- Bias to execution over process ;
pragmatic and hands-on.
