**What you can look forward to**:
- Lead and supervise the Back Office department, including Order Processing and Service tasks.
- Develop procedures and ensure smooth operations during team absences.
- Manage inventory, material movements, supplier relations, and transport logistics.
- Oversee invoices, process controls, and public administration declarations.
- Handle employee health, safety, training, and office operations.
- Coordinate with HR, insurance companies, and banks on administrative matters.
**What you bring with you**:
- Ideally initial professional experience in the service department of an industrial company
- A structured, proactive and independent way of working is essential
- Strong customer and service orientation and enjoy new challenges
- Ability to organize and lead a team
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
