In our team, you will be responsible for process management and reporting/SLAs coordination. Your main tasks will include:
1. Technical and operational coordination of the project, ensuring proper execution of activities and achievement of established objectives.
2. Management, monitoring, and improvement of processes.
3. Ensuring the execution and optimization of the global reporting model, as well as the consolidation of the global service level (SLA) model.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for professionals with at least 5 years of experience in IT Service Management who wish to develop their careers in a stable and well-established environment, with proven experience in:
4. Defining, implementing, measuring, and negotiating service level agreements (SLAs) related to IT Service Management.
5. Demonstrable experience in projects for defining and implementing IT management processes based on ITIL best practices.
6. Advanced level of English.
7. Experience in ITSM process management.
8. Experience with ITSM management tools (ServiceNow).
9. ITIL Foundation v3 certification.
