We are looking for a Product Analyst Payments who is interested in product management, has a passion for optimization and improvements. In this dynamic role, you will dive into how our Product Managers, Engineers, and user-facing teams work, building strong relationships with them and optimizing the tools and workflows used to make our product organization more productive, effective, and data-driven.
This role is highly cross-functional and will be a critical lever for us to deliver more value to more users, faster. You will join an agile and dynamic team, in a fast-moving "scale-up" environment, working alongside people who value strong execution, sharing, and growing together.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Payments teams to perform competitor research and investigate new business opportunities.
* Contribute to the creation of a Product strategy that ensures effective alignment with the Company's Payment Product Roadmap.
* Analyze and collaborate in prioritizing the product backlog.
* Collaborate with the product team to create project scoping processes, providing clear work plans and realistic deliverables, while maintaining organized documentation.
* Ensure product objectives are fulfilled, deliverables meet requirements, and business expectations.
* Collaborate with strategic stakeholders on initiatives related to payments, risk, and fraud.
* Provide input and help prioritize project components and features.
* Assist in producing a workable release plan accepted by all stakeholders.
* Synthesize and communicate insights during product development.
* Implement and monitor changes to optimize KPIs and inform decision-making, product features, and experimentation.
* Guide others to work effectively with data.

Requirements
* At least 1 year of knowledge of main KPIs of Payments such as Acceptance Rate, Payment Rate, Attempt Rate, Payment rules, routing, MID, fraud, reporting, among others.
* Excellent knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
* Ability to analyze data from multiple sources to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
* Strong product instincts.
* Meticulous and attentive to detail.
* Good judgment and decision-making skills.
* Ability to anticipate next steps and ask necessary questions.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Passionate about solving important problems and getting things done.
