At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are looking for a Sales Engineer for an international industrial company specialized in technological and automation solutions for complex industrial environments.This is a hunter profile, with a strong ability to identify opportunities, build trust-based relationships, and manage technical consultative sales projects at an international level.The selected person will be responsible for business development in the assigned area, combining technical knowledge with a strong commercial orientation.Key Responsibilities- Identify and contact potential clients, building long-term commercial relationships.- Analyze clients’ technical and commercial needs and propose tailored solutions.- Coordinate with engineering and application teams to integrate technical specifications into commercial proposals.- Prepare and present technical and economic offers, negotiating terms and closing agreements.- Carry out technical presentations and visits, both at client sites and at industry events or trade fairs.- Follow up on projects from proposal to implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction.- Report commercial activity and sales forecasts to the sales management team.- Actively contribute to identifying product, process and market improvement opportunities.Minimum Requirements- University degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar.- At least 5 years’ experience in technical sales or application engineering in industrial or automation environments.- Strong commercial profile with solid technical foundation and experience managing complex projects.- High level of English (mandatory).- Availability to travel frequently (approximately 50% of the time) nationally and internationally.- Strong negotiation skills, autonomy, and communication abilities in multicultural environments.- Proactivity, results orientation, and a business development mindset.Job Conditions- Location: Valencia.- Permanent contract and stable project in an international company with strong technological focus.- Competitive compensation: 45,000–50,000 € gross per year, depending on experience and suitability.- Dynamic work environment with strong technical content, collaborative culture, and opportunities for professional growth.If you have experience in technical sales and are motivated by an international industrial environment with high-value technological projects, we invite you to apply.
