Tus Funciones Serán
* Coordinar personal: Supervisar y asignar tareas a las cuadrillas de peones.
* Mantenimiento de zonas ajardinadas y forestales: Realizar plantaciones, desbroces, siegas, podas y trabajos preventivos de incendios.
* Instalar y mantener sistemas de riego: Asegurar la correcta instalación y reparación de riegos.
* Realizar mediciones y verificar el progreso de los trabajos.
* Responsable del vehículo para el traslado del personal.
* Cumplir con normas de seguridad y medio ambiente.
* Formación del equipo: Motivar y capacitar al personal bajo su cargo.
* Informes y reportes: Comunicar avances y necesidades al supervisor.

Requisitos mínimos
Lo Que Necesitamos De Ti
* Carnet de conducir (imprescindible).
* Experiencia en gestión de personal.
* Manejo de maquinaria de jardinería y obra forestal.
* Experiencia en trabajos de jardinería y forestales.
* Conocimientos en sistemas de riego (deseable).
* Formación en PRL de 20 horas (deseable).
* Disponibilidad de desplazamiento por la comunidad de Madrid.
