Overview
The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team offers consulting, marketing, loyalty, and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally.
The Advisors Creative Desk, within D&S, is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand communication strategies and content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.
As the Creative Desk Client Solutions Director, you will identify opportunities, work closely with Business Development, Marketing Services, product, and Account teams to secure business growth. You will support the sales process by providing subject-matter expertise.
Responsibilities include:
1. Review, analyze, and present clear and strategic recommendations to deliver result-driven marketing solutions.
2. Constantly track business and market trends to design and deliver optimal solutions.
3. Manage P&L by tracking and acting on key KPIs such as Revenue, Margin, and Expenses.
4. Align closely and build strong partnerships with Business Development and Client Services to ensure the best results.
5. Support Business Development and Client Services activities.
6. Contribute to closing sales opportunities by presenting at client meetings and providing input to proposals.
7. Engage with clients as needed.
8. Represent the Creative Desk as the ACD’s eyes and voice in the market, for both internal stakeholders and customers.
9. Extract market insights to drive Creative Desk delivery.
10. Bridge global and regional teams to adapt solutions appropriately and share knowledge across regions.
11. Influence stakeholders to garner support and partnerships for business development.
