Qualifications :
* Experience and Expertise (more than 10 years)
* More than 10 years as NOC Technician with knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G RAN.
* Experience in radio equipment in Nokia and Ericsson in the above mentioned technologies.
* Extensive experience in N1 Technical Support Service, with extensive experience of RAN network management.
* Solid knowledge in the support processes for Telefónica in the RAN Mobile Access area.
* With knowledge of RAN in the protocols, equipment, functionalities, etc. that conform them.
* With capacity for analysis, troubleshooting and solution proposals.
Functions :
* Management of N1 incidents, diagnostics, customer complaints and execution of BTPs.
* Proposal of corrective actions for recurring problems.
* NOC team management and quality analysis capacity.
Tools :
* Systems for activity and job reception, incident management and BTPs : iGRI
* Network Elements Management Systems : own of the RAN manufacturers involved.
* Network and Fault Management Systems : OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA.
* MS Office : Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Language :
* Spanish mandatory
* English will be an asset.
