Job Summary
The Supplies SME will be the central expert driving the compliance and operational excellence of the contractual and transactional commercial channel supplies business. This role ensures data accuracy, mitigates leakage, strengthens partner engagement, improves delivery processes, and supports strategic decision-making across Category, Finance, GBU, Compliance, and regional PBM teams.
Priorities
- Protecting and growing Original HP Supplies share within contractual print (cMPS, pMPS). This includes compliance, leakage prevention, SKU portfolio clarity, and pricing integrity (e.g., Connect Rate monitoring, managed vs legacy SKU usage, grey import detection).
- Driving channel-led profitable growth in contractual print through partner segmentation, enablement, and governance (e.g., deep dives on offenders, quarterly Connect Rate reviews, audit readiness, programmatic development of MPS portfolios).
- Supporting business transformation initiatives (Strategic Reset, threshold changes, supply chain disruptions, pricing revisions, CBA dependencies, program updates).
- Cross-functional orchestration across Category, Finance, GBU, Compliance, Partner Business Managers, and regional teams to keep the ecosystem aligned.
