We are supporting a major international organisation as they expand their digital commercial capabilities. They are looking for a Campaign Manager to join their Digital Campaign Services (DCS) team, an exciting, fast‑growing unit driving innovation, best practices, and excellence in multichannel marketing.
About the Role
As the DCS Campaign Manager, you will take full ownership of how marketing campaigns are built, executed, optimised, and measured across multiple markets. Working closely with stakeholders worldwide, you will translate campaign briefings into effective workflows and deliveries within Adobe Campaign Classic and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This role combines hands‑on campaign execution with a strong consultative element—acting as a subject‑matter expert, guiding teams on best practices, quality standards, and smarter ways of using marketing automation.
You will:
• Build and optimise multichannel campaigns in line with global standards
• Ensure accurate workflows, data delivery, and campaign documentation
• Partner with analysts to support accurate reporting and insights
• Maintain high end‑to‑end quality across all campaign stages
• Collaborate with global teams to develop scalable best practices
• Contribute to community meetings with recommendations, reports, and use cases
• Work both independently and alongside DCS Coordinators to maximise tool efficiency
What We’re Looking For
• Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (mandatory)
• Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud within an international environment
• Project management skills and an agile mindset
• Background in consultancy, software house, or complex delivery environment is highly valued
