* Design, test, and adjust program evolution and future strategy
* Coordinate external communication with program faculty, target hospitals, and stakeholders

Responsabilidades
* Bachelor's Degree with substantial work experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare with program management experience
* 10 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's or 6 years with Master's or equivalent
* Significant experience in strategy, hospital program management, and healthcare industry exposure
* Ability to interact professionally across organizational levels and with healthcare professionals
* Experience in Global/Regional/Local marketing environments
* Proven track record in delivering large or multiple programs and influencing business outcomes
* Strong analytical and project management skills and ability to lead execution
* Fluent in English;
