Kinara Group are partnering with a growing laboratory informatics and LIMS provider supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics and research organisations with software that enables laboratories to manage complex workflows, data integrity and regulatory compliance.
As laboratories continue to digitise operations and modernise data infrastructure, the company is expanding its European commercial team with the appointment of a Business Development Manager focused on developing new enterprise opportunities across the region.
This role will focus on building new commercial relationships with pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology organisations, CROs and diagnostic laboratories looking to modernise laboratory operations through LIMS, laboratory informatics and workflow automation platforms.
Responsibilities
* Drive new business development across Europe within pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO and diagnostics organisations
* Identify laboratories modernising operations through LIMS, laboratory informatics and digital laboratory platforms
* Develop relationships with laboratory leadership including lab directors, IT leaders, informatics teams and operational leadership
* Lead consultative sales cycles around laboratory workflow management, data integrity and digital transformation
* Build pipeline through strategic prospecting, industry engagement and partner collaboration
* Work closely with product and implementation teams to support successful deployment of LIMS solutions
* Manage opportunities from early discovery through to enterprise agreement and platform adoption
Candidate Profile
* Business development experience within LIMS, laboratory informatics or laboratory software platforms
* Strong understanding of laboratory environments within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO or diagnostic organisations
* Experience managing consultative software sales cycles into regulated laboratory environments
* Credibility engaging with laboratory leadership, informatics teams and operational stakeholders
* Track record developing pipeline and securing new enterprise customers across Europe
