**Position**:
Mission Statement:
Build short-term and long-term growth for the brands in the Spanish markets. Understanding consumer/business insights, leverage brand DNAs to craft and implement a marketing plan driving salience & aspiration, presence & disruption and delight & advocacy for the brands.

Main Responsabilities:

- Understand integral brand vision and strategies as well as market specificities, audiences and opportunities. Develop brand plans with clear brand strategies, aligned with the global vision, aiming to reach local business and brand equity objectives.
- Implement impactful brand plans seizing local opportunities and connections, in close collaboration with Maison, Trade Marketing, Sales teams and finance department. Focus on key big bets generating strong moments of impact in terms of AVE, reach, consumer conversion and account activation.
- Be the marketing lead of the Apéritif occasion developing synergies for the portfolio.
- Manage and develop a team of 2 junior marketeers.
- Define clear KPIs prior to each action and measure success, learn, readjust the plans. Deliver post-mortem analysis.
- Act as the face of the brand both internally (Maison, MH Iberia) as well as externally (press, journalists, KOLs, flagships) being collective, getting support and nurturing long term relationships.
- Actively contribute to the Marketing Committee as a senior member in the marketing team.
- Be the ultimate responsible for the accurate A&P; management on its brand portfolio.

**Profile**:
**Education **:University Degree

***Languages **:Fluent Spanish & English. French is a plus

**Professional experience & know how **:Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Marketing. Experience in W&S; and PR-oriented product categories is a plus

**Technical & management skills **:Strategic agility, Operational excellence, Business acumen, P&L; understanding,** **Budget management, Analytical decision making.

**Personal & interpersonal skills**: Integrity and Trust, Passion for luxury brands and wines, Management Skills, Creativity and enthusiasm for trends. Good communication skills. Relationship building and networking. Consumer / customer focus. Willing to consider an international career.
