This role is crucial within the HR Tech CoE to support the deployment of the HCM platform, new implementations, and process improvements. You will manage HR projects for global HR Operations, focusing on Workday HCM CORE and global payroll solutions, supporting HR transformation and digitization initiatives to achieve Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities
* Act as a key expert for HCM Workday configuration and deployment of the CORE module, including testing, validation, and post-implementation support.
* Collaborate with global project teams and implementation partners to ensure successful deployment.
* Work with HR Operations teams across geographies to understand their processes, provide recommendations, and configure Workday solutions accordingly.
* Champion process optimizations to enhance HR Operations and payroll efficiency.
* Conduct testing & validation, including developing test cases, UAT, and managing post-go-live support.
* Participate in designing HR Tech process maps, capturing process improvements, SOPs, and HR policies.
* Maintain a global HR knowledge base for HR operations projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and engagement skills.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
* Strategic and tactical thinking with a service-oriented mindset.
* University Degree in Business Administration or similar.
* Workday HCM certification (preferred).
* At least 5 years of experience with payroll systems and HRIS/HCM platforms, preferably including SAP HR, Totus, and Workday modules.
* International experience in payroll operations is a plus.
* Deep knowledge of Workday Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Reporting.
* Experience with HR policies, process mapping, SOPs, and HR operations in hospitality is valued.
Tools & Languages
* Experience with HCM tools (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.).
* Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
* Experience with project planning tools like Smartsheet.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese or French is a plus.
