brA leading global services organisation is executing a large-scale end-to-end digital transformation to support rapid growth, new service offer launches, and enterprise-wide platform deployment.
brAs part of this programme, they are engaging an experienced Freelance End-to-End Business Analyst Integration specialist to support CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) deployments integrated with Oracle across services operations.
brThis is a hands-on delivery role within a global transformation programme, working closely with business stakeholders, IT, and transformation leadership.

brYour Role
brYou will take ownership of CPQ-related requirements and integrations from business need through to technical delivery and go-live, ensuring seamless alignment between services processes and Oracle systems. You’ll operate within a structured transformation framework, contributing to country or stream-level deployments under central programme governance.

brKey Responsibilities
brLead end-to-end business analysis for CPQ initiatives within Services
brGather, analyse, and document business requirements across:
brPricing
brConfiguration
brQuotation
brService execution handover
brTranslate business needs into functional specifications for Oracle CPQ
brDesign and validate system integrations between CPQ, Oracle ERP, CRM, and downstream execution systems
brSupport UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness
brAct as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
brEnsure solutions align with global standards while accommodating local market needs

brRequired Experience
brProven experience as a Business Analyst on CPQ implementations
brStrong hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ and Oracle ERP integrations
brEnd-to-end delivery exposure: requirements → build → test → go-live
brExperience working in services, industrial, or complex B2B environments
brAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder transformation
brNice to Have
brExperience in large-scale global or multi-country deployments
brExposure to Services digital transformation programmes
brUnderstanding of pricing engines, configuration rules, and quote-to-cash flows
