As our Global Website Specialist, you will be a pivotal player in managing and enhancing our global online presence. Reporting to the Global Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic development of our global e-commerce platform and websites, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our diverse international audience. Your expertise in website analytics, A / B testing, content management systems, Drupal, and localization strategies will be crucial in driving our online success worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Global E-commerce and Website Management: Oversee the functionality, content, and performance of our global e-commerce platform and websites. This includes monitoring site health, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth user experience.
* Test & Learn and Website Analytics: Implement and analyze A / B and multivariate tests to optimize website performance, user flows, and conversion rates. Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve website effectiveness.
* Global Site Management and Localization: Manage the global website architecture and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all regions. Coordinate the localization process for website content, working closely with translation vendors and regional teams to deliver culturally relevant and linguistically accurate experiences.
* Content Management System (CMS) Expertise: Leverage your strong proficiency in Drupal and other content management systems to create, edit, and publish website content efficiently and accurately. Ensure content is optimized for search engines and adheres to brand guidelines.
* Collaboration and Communication: Partner effectively with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to align website strategies with overall business objectives. Clearly communicate website performance, project updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Staying Ahead of Trends: Continuously research and stay informed about the latest web design trends, e-commerce best practices, and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
* User Experience (UX) Focus: Advocate for a user-centric approach, ensuring that all website updates and developments prioritize a positive and intuitive user experience across different devices and regions.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on all website changes and deployments to ensure accuracy, functionality, and optimal performance.
Location and Compensation
This role can be based in either of the following locations :
Brea, CA, US / Prague, CZ / Madrid, ES / Zurich, CH / Amersfoort, NL.
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic location, professional background, and relevant experience.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in global website management, e-commerce operations, or a similar role.
* Proven expertise with Drupal and content management systems is essential.
* Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
* Experience with A / B testing methodologies and tools.
* Solid understanding of website localization processes and best practices.
* Familiarity with SEO principles and their application to website content.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
* Experience with other CMS platforms is a plus.
* Familiarity with front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
