Currently we need to reinforce our Purchasing and Import team by incorporating an Purchasing Assistant.
Responsibilities:
* Pass and follow up orders for EU purchases and imports.
* Manage purchasing and import documentation.
* Update internal databases with order details.
* Coordinate and manage purchases from subsidiaries.
* Sample management.
* DAP management.
* Management of supplier files.
* Incident management with suppliers.
Requirements:
* Languages: High level of English.
* Good organisational skills.
Valuable:
* Previous and recent experience of at least 2 years as a logistics, import/export or purchasing clerk.
* Training in the field of international trade among other related training.
