Find prospects to engage with to understand their business needs and provide tailored product recommendations to drive revenueConduct research on customer contracts and history using platforms like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesDeliver product demonstrations and create customer-specific use cases to highlight the value of the solutionsManage your pipeline effectively, providing accurate updates to management on progress and forecastsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and expand product adoption across solutionsCultivate and nurture long-term customer relationships, understanding business objectives and advising customersRequirements
Fluent in
Spanish & English1+ years of outbound sales experience
(prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and upselling)Strong understanding of
cloud-based solutions and subscription modelsAbility to
analyze customer data
