Currently we need to reinforce our Purchasing and Import team by incorporating an Purchasing Assistant.
Responsibilities
Pass and follow up orders for EU purchases and imports.
Manage purchasing and import documentation.
Update internal databases with order details.
Coordinate and manage purchases from subsidiaries.
Sample management.
DAP management.
Management of supplier files.
Incident management with suppliers.
Requirements
Languages: High level of English.
Good organisational skills.
Valuable
Previous and recent experience of at least 2 years as a logistics, import/export or purchasing clerk. xugodme
Training in the field of international trade among other related training.
