Experteer OverviewIn this role you will own the end-to-end customer relationship across Morocco and the North/West Africa region. You will be the primary contact for new clients and coordinate with delivery and customer success teams post-sale. You'll lead pipeline development, proposals, and negotiations, and drive renewals and cross-sell opportunities. You will represent Amadeus to key buying personas and contribute to regional sales targets while shaping the local go-to-market strategy.

- Prospect, qualify, and close deals while managing the sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals and quotes with support from Solutions Consultants
- Negotiate proposals, Statements of Work, and service agreements
- Deliver simple product demos (e.G., Travel Intelligence, Media)
- Serve as main client contact and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage renewals for simple and complex deals
- Coordinate hand-off to post-sales and collaborate with Customer Success
- Lead account strategy discussions and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce and build client-specific plans
- Contribute to sales targets and strategic objectives
- Organize thought-leadership materials for events and customer presentations
- Support Finance with Accounts Receivable processes
Responsabilidades
- Proven B2B sales success in hospitality and/or technology within Maghreb/West Africa
- Fluent in French and English;
Arabic is a strong plus
- Hunter mindset and territory planning
- Ability to travel extensively and work remotely within multinational governance
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels, from operational staff to CEO
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to overcome barriers to achieve goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Salesforce experience is beneficial
